Tory Burch's Paris Store is Inspiring

Ok, I have been a little lazy posting lately, but I had to repost the photos of Tory Burch's new Paris store on rue Saint-HonorĂ© ( see Tory's blog post here).  The best designers are able to channel their client's design zeitgeist and this is really what Daniel Romualdez has done here for Tory Burch.   The store is the perfect balance of refined American femininity with a streak of the worldly bohemian.  Although people have been saying that florals and chintzes are back, I think that Tory Burch and Daniel Romualdez project will ignite a zealous new passion for florals with their use of Colefax and Fowlers' "Beaufort" amongst the decorating public.   I for one am completely smitten with the fresh take on florals -- and I especially love how the gold touches are tempered with the apple matting.  As you may recall, the incredibly talented Romualdez was responsible for designing Tory Burch's much admired NYC apartment (see it again here) as well as her many other stores.
