More Celerie Kemble

As a follow up to an earlier post, I had to share these photos of Celerie Kemble's Kips Bay 2011 Showhouse, which, sadly I did not see in person.  The room is wonderful with just the right amount of drama and layering and it is worth seeing again.  These photos are from that fabulous blog, Habitually Chic -- check out her original post, she has many shots of the room.  The showstopper is the Verre Eglomis√© "Sky" Ceiling created by Miriam Ellner.   Verre eglomise is the ancient technique of coating the reverse of a piece of glass adding metal leaf, adding color and etching patterns into it.  Stunning.
Love the pink chaise.

Some more of Celerie Kemble's accessories for Maitland-Smith...well done.

I can never have enough trays.

Wonderful octagonal mirror

Great sconces

lovely game table
