New Traditional Designer Windsor Smith

Windsor Smith is my newest design crush.  Traditional and elegant, comfortable and usable -- Windsor Smith is all about filling your home with items you use and love -- adding and subtracting items along the way for a curated space that works with the way you live.  Ms. Smith is from the West Coast and is a former ballet dancer turned fabulous designer -- she has been at the top of my favorite designers list and I just had to share some gloriously inspiring photos.  Word out there is that she has a book coming out soon. She also has some fabulous furniture pieces which are a treat to behold -- a few samples appear below.

Love the wall of framed pen and ink drawings in this room by Windsor Smith

Windsor Smith knows that bookcases add so much to a space.  Someone near and dear to me always repeats the old line "that a room without books is like a body without a soul." And I heartily agree -- it looks like a colorful soul occupies the above room.

Love this sweet little girls room by Windsor Smith
